Size — 1018 sqm
Stage — Construction
Working with consistent, unbroken forms, clean material transitions are used to convey the separation of dwellings without breaking the rhythm of the development. Townhouse 1 can be identified with its own unique timber cladding, and townhouse 2 with its black metal cladding. These two unique materials, are then blended with a simple light coloured render used throughout. The design is finally complimented with restrained details of curved walls to mimic the irregular site boundary and extruded window shading to frame the views.
With each view of Renwick St offering its own unique story of space and detail, the project sits confidently in its position, offering a considered approach to a two lot subdivision.
